Hawkins Entrekin
Hawkins is the founder and managing principal of Warden Capital. Prior to forming Warden Capital in 2015, Hawkins led commercial real estate and distressed debt acquisitions for RSF Partners, a $600 million real estate private equity fund based in Dallas, Texas. While at RSF, Hawkins acquired over $225 million of assets & defaulted mortgages across the United States, generating attractive risk adjusted returns for RSF's investors. Prior to RSF, Hawkins worked at C-III Capital Partners, where he was instrumental in the sale of over 50 assets, totaling more than $750 million in defaulted mortgage debt. Hawkins is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and is originally from Nashville, TN.
